A lovely double coil Egyptian snake bracelet made with 90% pure silver and decoarated with turquoise and red glass insets for eyes.  The snake bracelet had a gold gilt at one time, but now that has almost all gone. It has the assay mark on the back of the head and the three part Egyptian hallmark on the inside of the twisted cable body. These are classic bracelets that are never out of fashion and a real collector's item.  The hallmark identifies the bracelet as made in Cairo in the years 1948-49.  It is in good vintage condition but there is a tiny chip on the biggest truquoise.

Body measures 41.5 cm (16 1/4") from head to tail.
Inner coil's circumference is around 19.5 cm (7 3/4"). Inner diameter is 6 cm (2 1/2"). Weight is 46 g.
